No, it's 3d5 from back in the Div age. It uses SGL, and will be available for download once an unlazy moderator has been found.

Level Generators are fun!
I'm not participating in the competition at this time, so Ariel Yust is having his own go at a level generator. Unfortunately he was called to the army one day earlier than expected, so progress has halted for the time being. His game is going to be brilliant though! Probably... Ariel's game is going to be awesome. He needs some tiles for shorelines and water though. But he'll probably add that and much more as soon as he can. I'm looking forward to it.

I'm not sure he'll use water at all. He just used a blue square as a background tile. I'd use the cliffs as shorelines, like this:

That would kill the realtimeness of it. Map_put_pixel over the whole screen is a bit expensive. This post is 50% of todays total.
