While I'm on the bugs thread, Ferret the forum pages still aren't right. When you post the last post on a page it forwards you to the next page (a blank one)

The highlighting text bug with Souperguy in IE now seems to be fixed. However, if anybody is experiencing a majorly weirded up souperguy layout, please let me know. Erm. If you can. By switching to a different style to get to the forum.

Just to let you know that the site works fine in Konquerer, except the banner on Souperguy, it kinda cuts it off.
No big deal though, not many people use Konquerer as far as I know, and it's only a small detail.

Not many people use Mozilla Firefox.

There is a small "bug" when loggin in. I type my username press tab and type my password. Only after the tab it didn't select the password field, but the "lost password" link. Please make the selection go to the password field.

Thanks,

Gul

I agree, I think I only used the page only once or twice yet, but I noticed it too back then (forgot to post it though :S).

The smilies really have a lot of issues at the moment with those spaces at both sides.

Do not talk to us about that. The spaces thing is completely intentional, and to stop problems elsewhere with BBCode, it's gonna stay like that.
Like it or lump it.

I know that on an other forum I visit, they use smileys within blocked brackets [:)] would be replaced by a smiley for instence. That way there probably don't need to be spaces?

Couple of minor things, I was wondering how many members there were but there is no sum displayed, that would be nice. And on the main page of a worklog you see the entries listed, but not how many comments there are. So that would be nice too.

And on the Lisa skin the Quote <name> above a quote in a post is indented too far but I won't mention that because it's probably a feature.

Yes I get that too, it seems to get back to normal if you resize the window too, which makes me think it is a Firefox thing...

Anyway, a screenshot:

If it's like that, then it's a known bug. The bug doesn't come up anymore in Firefox 1.5 though, but I guess 1.0.7 is a more used version, so it should work for that version I think (even though it probably is a fixed Firefox bug)...

I think its a bug that <1.5 has with fixed layout tables. Its annoying the hell out of me at the moment. All I can say is I'm sorry and I'll fix it as soon as I know how.

Can you clarify? What exactly are the issues. We changed the smilies so that they have to have whitespace either side because smilies were popping up in urls and also being formed from html special characters like &gt; - that was why we were getting > ;) when we put >)

Would it be worth me checking for FF <1.5 and including a different stylesheet?

Like would a different set of properties for tables fix it on < 1.5?
