I had a dream where I was beating up this ugly little deformed yoda type guy with a broom, just smacking him again and again because he’d killed a load of people and was really evil. It wasn’t yoda just some weird little goblin type guy, really really ugly. And as I hist him with this broom he was just laughing at me even though he was all gross and bruised and bleeding. Why would I dream that? What could have possibly happened to me during the day that would make me have this dream?

I have a secret fear that my friends aren’t really my friends, and that they only hang out with me because they feel sorry for me. I can imagine them being unable to wait until I leave so they can start talking shit about me.

James Kirk did not turn around, but his shoulders slumped, the bottle of ale, tilted to pour, was set back heavily, and a sigh escaped his lips that seemed to echo from the bottomless well of his heart. "I feel old Bones." Kirk straightened, breathing in, steeling his jaw, grinding his teeth to keep himself steady. "I feel so damn old."
